Q: I received an invoice and/or was notified of payment, but have not received that payment. What's up?
A: Payment is sent out on Fridays, but may take a few days to show up in your account. Do not worry!
Q: Kalo sent me an email about updating my availability or tax information. What should I do?
A: Don't worry about this. We do not use these features in Kalo. You can update your grading availability here.
