If the grading platform is acting really buggy or not saving your work, a lot of times this is due to a slower internet connection. Unfortunately, this is out of our team's control, but you can try some troubleshooting.
- Run an internet speed test to confirm that your internet is the problem. Even if you don't normally have problems, or even if you're not having problems on other parts of the internet, this can give you a general status and help confirm that the internet connection is definitely the problem.
- If your internet is definitely slow, try resetting your router and modem.
- If you are in a public location and cannot troubleshoot the internet connection yourself, you may need to move to a different location.
While we prefer that Graiders work directly in the grading platform, as possible, you can work offline and upload your scores and feedback later when your connection is more reliable.
If you are sure that your internet is fine and still having issues with grading, you may have found a bug 🐛 that we don't know about. Let us know, and we'll try to figure out what's going on and get it fixed as soon as possible!
