Every Graider is assigned an Overall Graider Score once they have successfully completed their mock assignment. Overall Graider Scores range from 1 to 4 and allow members of our team to appropriately match assignments, provide coaching, and recognize those Graiders who are meeting and exceeding our expectations.
Each month during our internal review, each eligible Graider will be assessed on the four categories of the ELPD Rubric. Afterwards, each Graider will be assigned an Overall Graider Score based on their ELPD Rubric scores.
One of the most important aspects of your Overall Graider Score is that it can change based on your performance each month that you are eligible for a review. If you are in a position to increase your Graider score, our team will provide coaching so that you know exactly what you need to do in order to raise your score!
See the table below in order to understand your Overall Graider Score. Higher scores come with perks of higher pay and the ability to "claim" assignments (up to 2 or 3 in your grading queue at once) rather than waiting to be matched!
In the event you do not meet our expectations and have your score lowered to 1, you will, unfortunately, be dismissed from The Graide Network. Read more about cause for dismissal from The Graide Network here.
