We're a very small employee team here in Chicago (only 6 full-time employees for the 20-21 school year!) You'll generally be hearing directly from Eileen or Faith! No robots here. 🤖
We check texts and email regularly Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. We're usually pretty quick to respond, but appreciate your patience, especially during busier periods. We check messages at least once a day on weekends during the school year, but support is more limited. If you contact us outside of our standard hours, you may sometimes receive a response, but should not expect to hear from us until the following day.
