We do our best to catch significant supporting material or student work issues before you begin grading, but sometimes you might spot something we missed.
Please do not proceed with grading if supporting documents and student work do not match.
If the prompt is about the necessity of plastic bags, but the student work is all about the necessity of libraries in the future, something's likely wrong! It is possible either that the teacher selected the wrong supporting materials during assignment setup (most common, especially on AP assignments) or that the teacher uploaded the wrong student work (not very common, but possible).
Contact our team with your best explanation of what you've received and what the discrepancy is. Usually we'll have a little bit more background on our end and can help figure out what's going on. If the issue is with the documents, particularly on an AP assignment, we'll often be able to fix the issue for you quickly without even involving the teacher. If we believe the teacher uploaded the wrong student work, a resolution may take just a little bit longer since we'll need to help track down the correct student work.
We highly recommend checking supporting documents and student work early to allow ample time to communicate around any issues ensure and all of your questions are answered.
