If you believe that an assignment is missing pages or information, contact the teacher as soon as possible. Teachers may be able to locate the missing page(s) and send them to you.
We try to catch more significant errors with student work before you start grading, but if pages seem to consistently missing from student work such that your ability to grade most students is impacted, there might have been a mistake in scanning or submitting. In cases with more significant issues, in addition to contacting the teacher, let our team know so that we can help follow up. In most cases, we'll be able to adjust the deadline for you since this essentially results in late receipt of student work.
- Hi Ms. Murray, I'm working on grading your students' essays, and I noticed Monica Timothy's essay seems to be missing the second page. Can you confirm that her essay should have had a second page, and would you be able to re-scan and send that to me so that I can grade her fairly?
- Hello! I am looking forward to reviewing your students' statistics assignment. I think there are some pages missing from the student work PDF that was uploaded. If this was a two-sided assignment, is it possible that the back of each page may not have been scanned? Please take a look when you have a chance and let me know whether I should just review what has been shared or wait for a new scan. [In this case, also contact us!]
